Terms & Conditions — Victory Tours

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions govern the use of services offered by Victory Tours, including excursions, transfers and chauffeured vehicle rentals. Any booking implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Bookings

Bookings can be made by phone, email, WhatsApp or via our contact form. A confirmation will be sent by email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of your request.

3. Payment

Payment is accepted in cash (TND/EUR) or by bank transfer. A 30% deposit may be required for group bookings. The balance is payable on the day of the service.

4. Cancellations

Any cancellation must be reported at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur fees of up to 50% of the total amount.

5. Liability

Victory Tours makes every effort to ensure service quality. Our liability is limited to the services directly provided. We cannot be held responsible for unforeseeable events (force majeure).

6. Insurance

All our vehicles are covered by professional insurance. Clients are recommended to obtain personal travel insurance.

7. Complaints

Any complaint must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of the service to contact@victorytours.tn.
